Visit each of the four Swan Creek Wine Trail Vineyards for a fun afternoon of a FREE 2 oz. sample of refreshing chilled summer soup paired with a 1 oz. pour of award-winning wine. Participating vineyards: Dobbins Creek, Laurel Gray, Shadow Springs and Windsor Run (Sunday afternoon only)

Windsor Run Recipe

Chilled Cuke Soup

  • 2 Large cukes - peeled, cut, seeded

  • 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt

  • .25 cups olive oil

  • 1 lemon zested adn juiced

  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill

  • .25 cups loosely packed flat leaf parsely

  • .5 tsp salt

  • .25 cups Justice wine

Blend and puree - serve cold
